Pay: $25-$30/hr
• Shift: Flexible between 8 am- 5 pm
• Location: Minneapolis, MN
• Contract with possibility of Contract to Hire
• Availability to ASAP!

• Performs general office and executive tasks including phone work, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining calendars, meeting arrangements, making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, and more
• Support a VP level staff member by managing their daily calendar and meeting schedule.
• Coordinate between internal administrators to schedule and prepare for meetings, utilize departmental knowledge to prioritize these meetings
• Prepare a wide variety of documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Including the ability to imbed charts, graphs, and tables
• Process invoices, and perform Credit Card reconciliation for departmental expenses
• Preform administrative projects as requested relating to organization and document development
• Serve as general support for the department
• Sort and distribute incoming mail for the department
• Other tasks as requested

• 4 year degree preferred but not required
• 1 or more years of C-level executive support required
• Prior experience in Medical Industry or Medical Terminology background is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook). Prior experience in Access and/or Visio is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with continuous attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
• Work successfully with diverse individuals with a variety of work and communication styles, both internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work accurately to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing and/or tight deadlines
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Event, meeting and travel planning skills
