Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Contract-to-Hire (Open to Direct) – Maple Grove, MN

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking three Customer Service Representatives for a growing financial services client in Maple Grove, MN. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, and interested in building a long-term career in customer service in a call center environment. Retail and other customer-facing experience is welcome, and call center experience is a plus.
In this role, you'll assist customers with questions about loans and financial services while completing verification, welcome, and payment follow-up calls. You'll use a user-friendly, custom-built CRM system to manage customer contacts and track inbound and outbound activity. There is no cold calling involved.
Essential Job Duties:
Answer inbound customer questions regarding loans, financing, and financial services.
Handle approximately 15–30 inbound calls per day.
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day as part of customer verification and follow-up activities.
Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service during every customer interaction.
Document customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company's custom-built CRM system.
Use Microsoft Outlook to manage assigned tasks and internal communication.
Maintain accurate customer information and call activity within company systems.
Work collaboratively with the CSR team and management to meet daily customer service needs.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience required; retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is acceptable.
Call center or high-volume customer service experience is a plus.
High school diploma required.
Warm, friendly, and professional telephone presence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
Contract-to-Hire (Open to Direct Hire for the right fit)
$20–$21/hour
100% onsite inMaple Grove, MN
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays approximately every 3 weeks: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
