Are you a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembler with at least 11/2 - 2 years year of prior experience? Are you familiar with blueprints/schematics, work orders and documentation?
THE RIGHT STAFF is currently recruiting for 1st Shift Medical/Electronic/Mechanical Assemblers for an opportunity in Oakdale, MN. This is a Contract opportunity!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assemble components to produce products according to written specifications or prints
• Perform visual or other inspection of components to ensure product quality
• Perform operations such as prepping, soldering, testing, milling, DCP, MSCP, preparing housing, packaging, and transporting components and piece parts as required by specific production line procedures
• Sort and remove defective parts or products
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent; Education must be able to be verified with educational institute
• 1 - 2 more years of previous experience in medical/electrical and mechanical assembly/production or equivalent educational experience
• Must Have: Work with small parts, Read, write, and comprehend English, Ability to differentiate colors, Experience with tools/power tools, ESD Knowledge
• Nice to Have: Soldering, Read Off Computer, Organized, ability to cross train/learn more than one process, Electro-Mechanical aptitude
HOURS, PAY & BENEFITS:
• Contract (6-10 months)
• On-Site
• Oakdale, MN
• Monday - Thursday, 1st Shift - 10 hour shift schedules: 5:00A.M. - 3:30P.M. OR 5:30A.M. - 4:00P.M. (with Mandatory Over-Time "as needed" on Fridays (8 - 10 hrs)
• Pay: $20/hr.
