Are you an experienced Operations Leader in the Construction Industry? Have you had experience overseeing Pre-construction processes - including estimating and procurement for commercial construction projects?
THE RIGHT STAFF is supporting a growing Specialty Construction Company with a leadership need for a Director of Operations. This role will oversee their Preconstruction Department, which includes estimating and procurement and will ensure project planning and take off are aligned with operational capabilities.
This will include project oversight for estimations to pre-planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement for project take-offs. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in commercial construction operational management.

Minimum Requirements: • 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10 years of experience in an Operations Leadership role in Construction. • Must have top-tier communication skills, written and verbal. • Prior experience with Project Management Software, Microsoft Suite, and PDF software required. • Prior knowledge of construction quality, safety, and OSHA standards required. • Prior experience in Wireless or Electrical Construction spaces is a plus!
Job Details: • Located in Minneapolis, MN • First 90 days - 100% onsite; Hybrid after 90 days • Salary - $140-$170K+ • Direct- Hire • Benefits include Health Insurance (80% Employee-only Premium covered), HSA Options, 401K+ Match, and more!
