THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting a non-profit organization in Wayzata, MN in their search for a Database & Technology Coordinator. Database & Technology Coordinator Information:
• Direct Hire Position
• Located in Wayzata, MN
• Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Pay: DOQ

Database & Technology Coordinator Job Description:
• Maintain non-profit database. Create and process database reports.
• Coach and train staff on use of database and other software programs. Assist staff with creating reports.
• Serve as office technology troubleshooter and collaborate with IT technician to resolve IT issues.
• Work with vendors and IT technician to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and provide training for use of electronics: projector, sound systems, lighting panels, digital displays, hearing devices, and security system.
• Provide back up for company website and digital signage.
• Assist staff with creating and managing online event registration.
• Construct weekly bulletin and work with printing company to manage production and delivery.
• Greet and assist visitors. Serve as back up on phones. Assist administrative office, as needed.

Database & Technology Coordinator Requirements:
• Prior experience working in a non-profit setting a plus.
• Experience in managing a relational database structure.
• Ability to write SQL queries and create formatting context (CSS).
• Ability to work in a team setting and provide IT support and coaching.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Publisher.
• Possess a positive customer service orientation with excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines, priorities and new tasks.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
