THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global equipment manufacturer in their search for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join their IT team. Our client has a diverse client mix, is mission-focused, and makes a huge impact on many facets of our everyday lives. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of professional experience and proficiency within the NIST frameworks.
Essential Job Duties:
• Oversee & direct Corporate (Internal) Security Frameworks
• Implement, operate, and administer Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) using existing and future NIST and DFARS requirements.
• Set-up and conduct ongoing information security maturity assessment processes and training, using industry accepted frameworks and implement into the overall infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in IT security assessment and compliance
• Solid understanding and applicable experience managing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and guidelines to include but not limited to CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ITAR, DFARS
• ITAR - International Traffic in Arms Regulations
• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:

• Pay depends on experience - starting at $85k+/year.
