Job Description
Do you possess great trouble shooting and problem solving skills? Seeking experienced Customer Service Technical Agent professionals for a fast growing educational services client in the northwest metro. Showcase your customer service and technical skills working for a great company in a long term opportunity, starting $18/ hour.
JOB DUTIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL AGENT PROFESSIONAL:
Provide timely information regarding material deliveries, pricing and return of materials.
Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately.
Troubleshoot calls for technical or online systems.
Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and handle heavy call volumes.
Communicate effectively with management and production teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL AGENT PROFESSIONAL:
Be computer savvy and have a strong aptitude for learning new systems.
Must possess exceptional phone, customer service, and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Strong time management skills
1-3 years of technical support experience in a non-scripted in bound Call Center Environment
HOURS AND BENEFITS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICAL AGENT PROFESSIONAL:
Pay starts at $18.
Monday - Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Flexible Hours.
Located in the Northwest Metro.
