THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking MULTIPLE Bilingual French Customer Support Specialists for an inbound call center role with a growing Company in Burnsville, MN. This service center supports light technical support, and upsell' s company services for automotive in-vehicle support.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Bilingual French/English
• 0-2 years of experience working in an inbound call center environment preferred
• Average Typing Skills (20+ wpm).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Job Details:
• Direct Hire, On-Site, Full-Time, Burnsville, MN
• MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE! - Some Weekends Required
• Candidates must be able to train on 1st Shift for 6-7 weeks: Monday - Friday: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
• Pay: $18/hr. Or $19/hr. With prior Dispatch Experience
• Hiring/Sign-on bonus of $1, 000 for New Hires in April: $500 payout in 1st biweekly cycle; $250 after one month; $250 after three months
