RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions over the phone and via email with vehicle dealerships, customers, and the Roadside Assistant clients
• Exhibit high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, TLs, Leadership, etc.
• Gain professional work experience by taking inbound calls (approximately 30 - 50/day) to provide services via phone such as the following:
• Arrange battery jump starts
• Arrange Delivery of fuel or operating fluids
• Assist with Automatic Collision Notification
• Arrange tire changes
• Arrange rides, secure alternate transportation, help with hotel accommodations
• Assist with Lock-out services
• Provide towing service to the nearest authorized center (due to mechanical issues, hazard damage or accident
• Directly influence KPI's for Help By Phone Target to reach goal of 20% of calls
• Follow program guidelines and call center standards
REQUIREMENTS:
• ENGLISH or BILINGUAL English/French, Spanish preferred, but not required!
• MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
• At least 6 months - 2 years of Customer Service Experience - retail counts! (Inbound call center or dispatch experience preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based applications - computer knowledge and navigation skills
• Clear and professional communications skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• Engaging, yet compassionate. Callers are often in distress due to unforeseen circumstances related to vehicle breakdowns
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to focus on the/each task at hand
• Positive attitude; eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
• Ability to work effectively without supervision
• Strong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation
• Able to type 20 - 25 words per minute (be open to taking a 3 minute typing test and a Customer Service Response assessment prior to a possible On-Site Interview/Tour)
• Able to train for the first 6 weeks, M - F, from 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. Before moving to your agreed upon shift

PAY $:
• English $17.70/hr. ($36, 816.00)
• Bilingual English/French or Spanish $18.80/hr. ($39, 104.00)
• Emergency Dispatch experience $19.80/hr. ($41, 184.00)
PLUS:
• A monthly incentive program of up to $1/hr. Based on INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE, based on Average Call Handle Time, Attendance and Quality and
a) Upon successful completion of training
b) Completion of 30 days in production
c) Performance results meet the requirements for pay-out
