Job Description

Do you have previous customer service experience in a manufacturing setting? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Plymouth.

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be supporting the inside sales department. The Customer Service Representative with be working with a CRM system to process clients' orders through email and phone.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum education of high school diploma
• 3+ years of Customer Service Experience in Manufacturing preferred
• Computer skills- MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous customer support experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable with good organizational skills

JOB DETAILS - PAY, HOURS, ETC
• Contract to hire
• Pay $20-25, depending on qualifications
• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Onsite in Plymouth, MN
