THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a FINANCIAL SERVICE client Maple Grove, MN. This role will be answering incoming calls, verifying customer account details, record payment details, keep accurate and concise notes on accounts and attend EAC-provided educational opportunities.
Customer Service Representative - Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Able to complete a 7 year criminal background check • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Customer Service Representative with strong communication and multi-tasking skills. • Bi-Lingual Spanish - Preferred
Customer Service Representative - Pay and Benefits: • Pay: $18-$20/hr. DOE • Location: Maple Grove, MN • Hours: Training Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Flexible Schedule to include Saturday's and work until 9pm after training. • THE RIGHT STAFF offers health care, holiday pay, and vacation bonuses while on contract!
