We are hiring Customer Service Store Representative - Key Holder to support a retail store location that is a supplier site for consumers and business to purchase hose assemblies and parts. We are seeking two representatives for this growing team!
If you enjoy in-person customer service, providing team direction, and managing a variety of duties from order entry, order processing, fulfillment, and customer service this is the role for you!
Store Hours are 8 A.M. - 4 P.M. Monday - Friday. No OT required!

Position Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Opening and Closing the Store, provide oversight for breaks, and ensure customers are serviced quickly and efficiently.
• Provide In-store Customer Service to retail customers for parts identification, order entry, will-call paperwork processing, part-pulling, and packaging, as necessary
• Provide application assistance and product advice to customers
• Key in orders, invoices, and handle payments in system by Purchase Order, Credit Card, or Cash
• Fabricates hose assemblies to fulfill customer requirements
• Clean, tag and mark hose assemblies according to customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Required; 2-year technical or fluid power degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B customer service for fluid power products, including experience with order entry, technical definition of assemblies, customer production, and more
• Prior leadership or shift management experience required
• Must have strong customer service skills, have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to interpret customer drawings, be detail orientated, and have intermediate computer skills

• $23-30 per hour + Gross Margin Bonuses!
