Customer Service Representative (Order Entry) - Contract Opportunity!
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for our client's Customer Service Representative (Order Entry) opening. Our client is a chemical manufacturing and distribution company with worldwide reach. This position will join their customer service team located in Plymouth, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of proven customer service and order entry experience or in sales administration, experience using an ERP system, exceptional Customer Service Skills, and a strong ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.

Minimum Requirements: • 2+ years of proven customer service and order entry experience • Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Experience using ERP and CRM systems. • Exceptional Customer Service Skills. • Strong communication skills, including active listening. • Ability to problem solve, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
Job Details: • Answer calls from both internal and external customers, assisting them with questions regarding their orders
• Conducting a triage on the customer service email box
• Sorting morning pick tickets to match with the sales order paperwork for invoicing
• Enter sales orders to the company ERP system for house accounts and others as needed
• Department filing before end of day
• Research B/O's and give to the appropriate Customer Service Representative prior to the morning meeting daily.
