Customer Service Office Administrator Benefits and Hours:
Hours: Monday Friday between 7:00AM- 8:30AM for a start time to 5:00PM
Pay: $15
Location: Plymouth
Long-term Contract Opportunity

Customer Service Office Administrator Job Duties:
Daily Attendance, time off and break tracking
Set up tracking sheets in Google Docs and Google Forms
Listen to daily voicemail and update tracking sheets according to department policy
Maintain office supplies and recommend orders
Maintain inventory tracking for department equipment
Research/Create reports to analyze trends with attrition, attendance, unpaid time off
Attendance roster management including suggestions for process improvement
Update daily attendance

Customer Service Office Administrator Requirements:
Must be computer proficient, especially with MS Office Excel
Data entry
STRONG Attention to Details
Familiar with Google documents and forms
Excellent communication skills
Multi-task and work independently
Must be able to work with confidential information
