Part-time Contracts Analyst - Medical Device - Long-term Contract Opportunity!
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking experienced candidates for a Long-term Contract opportunity for a Contracts Analyst position with our client, a private medical device company focused on developing innovative surgical instrumentation and implants. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of contract redlining and review experience in medical device manufacturing or hospital settings.

Job Details:
• Reading through 3rd party contracts to ensure they are beneficial to the organization's mission statement.
• Ensuring contracts are free from errors and cannot be used by people to exploit or take advantage of our organization.
• Draft changes, redline, and address areas/make recommendations to avoid contract disputes.
• Knowledge of legal precedents, ordinances, regulations, and other applicable laws to ensure the contract complies with each requirement.
• Supporting internal staff with negotiating new contracts with client hospitals, clinics, and other organizations.
• Review PMT's existing contracts, redlining, and making recommendations to create standard T&Cs.
• Reading, reviewing, and suggesting changes to ensure contracts are of high quality.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of Contract Review/Redlining experience REQUIRED
• Experience working in a Medical Device Manufacturing or Hospital setting HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must have great attention to detail
• Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Pay rate is $33-36/hr or DOE
• Long-term, Contract - Part-time, flexible hours!
