Are you an experienced AP professional with a high attention to detail, and strong technical skills? THE RIGHT is seeking an AP Clerk for a company going through a accounting software implementation. This will be a part-time contract working 24-32 hours a week (3-4 days) supporting daily operations activities.
Duties will include processing AP invoices, managing a general AP inbox, general filing, and being trained in new software and processes.
Job details: • Contract -3 months + - will extend for good fit. Long -term contract potential! • Part -time: 24-32 hours a week - flexible hours available between 7 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. - working 3-4 days a week. • Start ASAP! • Pay $20-22/hr • Eagan, MN • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Health Insurance, Holiday Pay and Referral Bonuses!
Job responsibilities: • Support daily AP operations • Match receipts to invoices, and file them by correct vendor • Manage Electronic AP inbox, sorting invoices into vendor folders. • Support other organization and invoice processing tasks as requested. • May assist in preparing for annual audit
Job Requirements: • Highschool diploma or GED • Must have a strong attention to detail • Ideally has 6 months+ of accounting or AP/AR support experience. • Must be familiar with an invoice to locate invoice numbers, date, amounts, and sender details. • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
