THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a national farm and construction equipment supplier in their search for a Continuous Improvement Specialist.
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading change, and innovating across facilities. Collaborating with teams, implementing solutions, and creating meaningful impact. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in process improvement role with CPS/Six Sigma certification.
Minimum Requirements:
• Warehouse, logistics, technology proficiency.
• Customer service, consulting background.
• Clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office, D365 proficiency or similar ERP
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
• Office located in Bloomington, MN
• Travel required 50% to MN, WI, IA, & SD.
• Hybrid work model; 2-days remote and 3-days onsite for MN residents only
• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
• Pay starts at $80k and depends on experience.
• Direct-hire opportunity.
