This full-time Consumer Loan role supports members by guiding them through loan solutions while delivering a high-touch service experience. The client is a well-established, member-focused financial institution with multiple metro locations, offering strong earning potential, stability, and a collaborative branch environment. Ideal candidates bring lending or financial sales experience, confidence working with numbers, and a consultative approach to meeting customer needs.
JOB DETAILS:
• Pay Range: $18.50-$23/hour (base plus monthly incentives; no cap)
• Direct Hire (DH) opportunity
• Full-time, non-exempt
• Standard daytime banking hours, including some Saturdays
• Onsite at one of several Twin Cities metro branch locations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consult with customers to take, process, and close consumer loan applications including auto, personal, credit card, and recreational lending
• Recommend appropriate financial products and protection options
• Open and service consumer and small business deposit accounts
• Support branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals
• Resolve account-related questions while providing excellent customer service
• Maintain compliance, accuracy, and professionalism
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of consumer lending, banking, or financial sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance goals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
