JOB DETAILS:
Pay Range: $18.50 – $23/hour, plus monthly incentives (no cap on incentives, estimated first year salary $59-$70/k)
Direct Hire (DH) opportunity
Full-time, non-exempt
Standard daytime banking hours, including some Saturdays
Onsite at one of several Twin Cities metro branch locations
Current location openings are in Brooklyn Park

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consult with customers to take, process, and close consumer loan applications including auto, personal, credit card, and recreational lending
Recommend appropriate financial products and protection options •
Open and service consumer and small business deposit accounts
Support branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals
Resolve account-related questions while providing excellent customer service
Maintain compliance, accuracy, and professionalism
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of lending experience with personal loans
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with numbers and performance goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
