Construction Project Manager - Direct Hire Opportunity!
THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for the Construction Project Manager position for our client, a growing and dynamic construction company. This position will join their project management team located in Minnetonka. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of project management experience in a construction environment, have an analytical mind and great organization skills, and can drive projects through completion.

Job Details:
• Provide full project oversite for new construction projects and facility expansion activities
• Handle multiple new build projects at a time
• Provide document management services and creation of files for internal communication, permits issued, and standard operating procedures
• Work closely with job site personnel to ensure project milestones and other requirements are clear and documented
• Preliminary planning and budgeting
• Oversee the invoicing of assigned projects; manage construction draws as necessary
• Provide transparent and proactive communication through all stages of the project
• Manage project close-out; sign off on Operation & Maintenance manuals
Minimum Requirements:
• Project Management (2 years)
• Construction Management (1 year)
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tool (preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in one of the following or related areas: Construction Management, Real Estate, and Urban Planning
• Driver's License - 20% work travel (required)

• Pay starts at $80, 000+/year DOE
