EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER - DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Do you have 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis? Are you open to working a contract position starting ASAP? Are you skilled in providing analytical and administrative support for strategic compensation processes, including external benchmarking and internal analysis, reporting and monthly processing?
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a national farm and construction equipment supplier in their search for a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst will evaluate compensation structures by researching job requirements and market trends, conducting in-depth job analysis, and estimating business needs to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries and benefits.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role with a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources or related field required. • 3+ years of compensation experience required. • Union compensation experience preferred. • Workday experience preferred.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits: • Office located in Bloomington, MN • Hybrid work model; 2-days remote and 3-days onsite for MN residents only • Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm • Start ASAP! • Pay starts $33 -$40/hr DOE • 3 Month Contract Opportunity - with possibility of contract to hire! • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Health Insurance, ESST Pay, Holiday Pay and Referral Bonuses!
