These positions offer direct hire opportunities with an uncapped monthly bonus structure, alongside a lucrative Hiring Bonus of $2500 following 90 active days of employment.
Job Description:
As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for conducting probate collection activities, including liaising with Personal Representatives, Family Members, and Attorneys to gather estate information and facilitate negotiations for outstanding credit card debt repayment. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our client's reputation and profitability through exemplary customer service and an empathetic approach to collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate contact with Personal Representatives, Family Members, and Attorneys to gather estate information.
• Negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding credit card debt.
• Preserve and enhance our client's reputation and profitability through high-quality customer service and empathetic collection strategies.
• Collaborate with family members, Personal Representatives, and attorney offices to obtain probate information for voluntary payments in cases where probate/trust is not established.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Completion of a comprehensive credit and criminal background check, including a drug test, is MANDATORY.
• Previous experience in collections, call center operations, or customer service is PREFERRED.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Direct hire opportunity.
• Competitive compensation of $18/hour.
• Unlimited monthly commission potential.
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one mandatory 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift per week, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
