THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Client Services Representative as the service liaison between the customer and our client. The Client Services Representative's responsibilities are ensuring positive customer experiences, resolving customer requests, problems with orders, and technical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma • Self-starter/motivator who demonstrates a strong work ethic. • Ability to interact competently and professionally with customers and other business units. • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. • Eager to take the initiative to deliver a remarkable customer experience. • Ability to interpret all reports and information provided to the customer. • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Type a minimum of 35 Words per Minute
BENEFITS • Monday through Friday • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM • Remote to MN residents only • $18.25/hr. • Offers Health insurance, Holiday Pay
