THE RIGHT STAFF, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a meticulous Claims Coordinator for a dynamic recover/collections client specializing in the retrieval of deceased accounts through the probate court system. This position presents a direct-hire opportunity coupled with an extensive benefits package.
Job Description:
As a Professional Claims Coordinator, you will assume a crucial role in identifying and managing probate accounts sourced from diverse probate courts across the United States. Your core responsibilities encompass conducting comprehensive searches for new probate accounts via internet, telephone, and mail channels, followed by precise data entry of account information into our client's system for seamless distribution to the collections department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adherence to established policies, procedures, and training protocols.
• Methodical maintenance of an account queue through regular review, proactive phone inquiries, web investigations, and meticulous research and follow-up activities.
• Attainment of predetermined goals and productivity benchmarks.
• Timely and accurate notation and updating of accounts in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
• Preservation of utmost confidentiality and security standards pertaining to sensitive information.
Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is MANDATORY.
• Prior experience in administrative functions and proficient data entry capabilities are PREFERRED.
• Completion of mandatory drug screening, comprehensive background check, and credit verification.
• Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication proficiencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in computer operations.
Compensation and Schedule:
• Direct-hire employment opportunity.
• Competitive compensation package offering $17 per hour.
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Location: Onsite in St. Louis Park, MN.
