THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Contract Case Manager for a non-profit located in Bloomington, MN. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in helping participants achieve and maintain household stability, including housing, through comprehensive goal planning, coaching, education, resource referral, and financial assistance. This is a 2 - 3-month contract.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or a 2-year Human Service degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with underserved and vulnerable populations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential matters
Job Details:
• Contract with a possible Contract-to-hire for the right candidate!
• Onsite located in Bloomington, MN
• Monday-Friday, some evenings, and weekends
• Pay $21-$26/hour depending on experience
