THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting a client in Plymouth, MN in their search for an Associate Project Manager. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in an ever-changing and challenging environment.

• Located in Plymouth, MN
• Contract-to-Hire Position
• Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for developing project plans, preparing schedules, and managing all technical resources.

• Aid in the design and development of project best practice methodologies, monitor schedule timelines to ensure compliance, and assist to resolve all issues in functional processes.
• Analyze all projects, identify all risk, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reports for all recommended changes, estimate cost for projects and recommend changes to clients.
• Monitor projects and select most cost effective methods of implementation of projects.
• Processes and monitor all programs and prepare status reports to clients on monthly basis.
• Coordinate with finance and contract team to design all financial projections and prepare required subcontracts and supervise performance of same.
• Collaborate with project director to design all work plans and schedule for staff and manage all communication with staff on-project progress and discuss same with clients.
• Organize various meetings with internal and external member.
• Documents all project deliverables and prepare appropriate time schedule, provide estimates on all costs, and oversee work of all third party consultants.
• Administer and manage all mitigate risks, prepare reports for all project goals, ensure adherence to budget, and prepare all documents as per customer requirement.
• Participate in all weekly meetings, monitor all activities of sub-contractor, and maintain professional relationships with all contractors and subcontractors.

Associate Project Manager Requirements:
• A Bachelor s degree or PMP Certificate strongly preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Analytical recognizes sales trends and patterns to support shared project vision with client.
• Critical Thinker Can think outside the box to resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners; internal/external in a professional manner.
• Flexible/Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Integrity: ability to demonstrate leadership of ethical practices according to standard operating procedures that align with both organizations core values.
