We are assisting our client in their search for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a high performing team of managers in their downtown Minneapolis office. If you have a passion to achieve a high level of client service and skilled in Microsoft Office programs, we want to talk to you. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $20-$22 per hour.

Administrative Assistant Hours and Pay:
• Located in downtown Minneapolis, MN
• Contract-to-Hire Position
• Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Pay: $20-$22 per hour (DOQ)

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting clients in-office and over the phone
• Providing phone coverage for the office
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and company events
• Maintaining the client contact online management system
• Printing, binding, and preparing presentation materials
• Office supply management, file maintenance, and processing expense reports
• Special projects

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree preferred
• 3 years administrative/office coordinator experience
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Skilled in MS Office programs
• Excellent communication skills and phone presence
• Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as individually
• Detail-orientated, high degree of accuracy, and ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic
