Are you an experienced Admin with a background in finance and project support? Do you have a background in Non-profit support? THE RIGHT STAFF has an immediate need for a contract Administrative Assistant for 3 Months. This would be a fully remote opportunity! Candidates will need to have their own laptop or PC, O365 licensing will be provided!
We are looking for candidates available to start the week of Aug. 19th!

Minimum Requirements: • 3+ years of administrative support experience directly supporting an executive team. • 1+ years of finance support experience, invoice processing, and expense tracking. • Experience supporting technology onboarding and offboarding is a plus. • Prior travel support experience is a plus • Must have intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Job Details: • Remote - MN Residents Only! • 35-40 hours a week - Work hours between 8-5 P.M. CT • Contract - ASAP - October 31st - potential for hire if a good fit! • Must be able to start the week of August 19th! • $23-$25/hr DOE • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Health Insurance, Earned Sick and Safe Time, Holiday Pay and Referral Bonuses!
