In this role, you will be the primary contact for the delinquent client accounts, setting up payment arrangements, and updating client account information.

Minimum Requirements: • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 5 years or more of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience • Strong Attention to detail • Ability to handle conflict resolution • Strong attention to detail
