The Right Staff is partnering alongside a reputable construction and machinery supply company to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist.
Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description: • Match key external and internal documentations before vendor payments are processed • Evaluate the accuracy of the general ledger coding for transactions • Examine vendor statements, help Identify any discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts • Help support with various special projects and other assignments as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements: • 3 years of Accounts Payable experience minimum • Committed to maintaining confidentiality • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Accounts Payable Specialist Pay and Benefits: • Direct hire opportunity • Up to $27.50/hour (DOE) • On-Site in Savage, MN • Full-Time, Monday - Friday 1st Shift
