CONTRACT ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN - REALTY COMPANY - START ASAP!

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking an Accounting Technician for a LOCAL and REPUTABLE Realty Company in Edina, MN. This role will be processing incoming wires, preparing statements and generating checks, handling funds requests for advance fees, HOA credit card fees and closing funds. They will also be working closely with Closers and Processors to be sure closings are funded accurately and timely and other general clerical and administrative duties as requested.
Accounting Technician - Requirements:
• Two-Year Degree in Accounting
• One to Two years accounting/banking experience. Real Estate office experience preferred, but not required.
• Wire transfer experience preferred
• Bank Teller, Bank Cahier or Bank Customer Service experience helpful
• Able to complete a criminal background check
Accounting Technician - Pay and Benefits:
• Pay: $20-$22/Hour.
• Location: Edina, MN (After training is completed, this role will become hybrid)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch
