THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for the Accounting Assistant position for our client, a well-established local company that provides specialized Recycling Services to the Upper Midwest. This position will join their team located in Bloomington, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with knowledge and proven experience in invoicing, billing, and accounts payable.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience • Must have 2+ years of experience with Quickbooks • Accounting and general ledger knowledge • Strong computer skills and knowledge using other accounting software • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Must be motivated, driven and proactive
Job Details:
• Managing the AR and AP - Invoicing and Billing process • Processing and posting vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner • Communicate with clients effectively by calling them to follow up on pending or late payments • Work closely with the finance team and key contacts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing in compliance with company policies and procedures
Schedule, Pay, And Benefits:
• Office Located in Bloomington, MN • 100% Onsite • Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am -4:00 pm) • Pay is at $21-24/hr - DOE • 6-month Contract Opportunity!
