THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a locally owned CPA firm in their search for an Accountant to support their business solutions department. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare all financial statements
• Prepare accounts payable
• Prepare payroll, including making EFTPS tax payments
• Prepare quarterly payroll forms 940, 941, 944
• Prepare annual payroll forms W2, W3, 1099, 1096
• Collaborate with clients, and assist them as they identify accounting needs, support them on bookkeeping issues, and provide them with training on basic software usage.
Minimum Requirements:
• AA or BA in accounting required.
• 1-3 years accounting experience required.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• QuickBooks and Sage Intacct experience preferred.
Position, Pay, and Schedule:
• Direct-hire Opportunity!
• Pay depends on experience, starting at $65, 000/year.
• Office located in Roseville, MN - 95% remote!
