THE RIGHT STAFF is actively recruiting experienced Medical Assemblers for a leading medical device manufacturer in the Brooklyn Park area. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality and precision, and have previous cleanroom experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing • Assemble and function test medical devices in a high-level cleanroom environment
• Follow gowning and PPE procedures required for cleanroom production
• Maintain quality standards and detailed assembly processes
• Flex between workstations as production needs change
• Stand, move, bend, and rotate throughout the shift while working at production stations
• Utilize lean/sit stools when available at designated workstations What We're Looking For To be considered, candidates must have:
• 12 or more months of previous medical device assembly experience in a cleanroom environment
• An understanding of cleanroom gowning procedures and PPE requirements
• A strong work history demonstrating longevity in previous positions
• The ability to stand, move, bend, and rotate for approximately 9 hours during a 10-hour shift
• Flexibility to work between multiple workstations as needed Education & Experience Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, plus 1-2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience
OR
• In lieu of a High School Diploma, 2-3 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift | Full-Time
Monday - Thursday
3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
Includes: • Two 20-minute paid breaks
• One 30-minute lunch break
Mandatory overtime every other Friday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
