THE RIGHT STAFF is proud to partner with a well-established and highly respected industrial equipment manufacturer in their search for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager. This role plays a critical part in coordinating and delivering capital equipment and maintenance-related projects from concept through completion while ensuring customer expectations, timelines, and operational standards are consistently met.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in Plymouth, MN, offering the opportunity to work closely with engineering, operations, and customer teams to successfully deliver complex technical projects.
Essential Job Duties:
• Coordinate and oversee assigned projects from kickoff through final completion, ensuring alignment with defined scope, budget parameters, and timelines
• Act as the primary liaison for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness to project requirements
• Partner with Project Engineers to confirm technical specifications, project requirements, and any adjustments related to scope, cost, or timelines
• Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines while providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Track project performance indicators and proactively identify potential risks, challenges, or improvement opportunities
• Foster strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams
• Coordinate priorities across project activities and ensure consistent communication of milestones, progress updates, and next steps
• Administer warranty-related matters and coordinate timely resolution of post-installation concerns
• Manage spare parts projects, including documentation, risk review, and coordination with logistics teams for order fulfillment and delivery
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and project execution
• Partner with Sales teams on proposal development, project scoping, and technical clarification when required
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of project coordination or management experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, construction, or related technical environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
Position Benefits, Location, Pay, & Schedule:
• Onsite position located in Plymouth, MN
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
• Competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from $90k to $120k annually
