THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a global distributor in search of a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team onsite in Boise, ID!
This Financial Analyst role offers the opportunity to partner closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership within a fast-paced, multi-location organization. The position supports enterprise-wide reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while playing a hands-on role in building and improving reporting tools and data structures. Ideal candidates bring strong reporting discipline, advanced Excel skills, and experience supporting sales-driven environments.
JOB DETAILS:
• Salary target: $65, 000-$75, 000 annually
• Location: Onsite in Boise, Idaho (4 days onsite, remote on Fridays)
• Travel: Less than 10% annually
• Schedule: Full-time, weekday hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operational reporting, including profit and loss review, variance analysis, KPIs, and sales performance metrics
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership and board meetings
• Produce recurring and ad hoc sales reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Partner with sales, supply chain, and finance leaders to provide actionable insights
• Contribute to reporting projects and continuous improvement of data accuracy and consistency
• Build expertise in internal data systems and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and sales-driven reporting structures
• Strong experience managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence through data
• Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
