THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing national specialty construction company here in the Twin Cities that is looking for an internal National Sales Representative. The National Sales Representative role will support the company's growth with connecting their sister companies with potential customers, through new sales growth.
Ideal candidates will have a proven history of managing a full cycle sales process within the enterprise sales space while having a proficiency in communication, strategic thinking, building non-transactional relationships and analyzing business analytics.
Essential Job Duties:
• Compile and submit sales proposals both written and verbal for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and within formal presentations that are led by the unique value proposition offered to the specific client customer.
• Review, redline and negotiate customer contracts when needed.
• Attend a variety of off-site engagements i.E. Customer meetings, branch office visits in order to help grow relationships and obtain new business (travel will be required).
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education
• 5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, business strategy or data analytics
• Familiarity with analytical tools, software and technologies used in visualization and data analysis (i.E., Excel, CRM, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Products and Power BI)
• Expert Level Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to communicate with senior and executive leadership effectively and professionally through verbal/written communications and presentations.

• Pay $75k-95k + Incentives
• Occasional Travel required - up to 1x a month
