GROWTH POSITION - PRICING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY - DIRECT HIRE!
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer client in their search for an experienced Manager of Strategic Pricing to join their rapidly growing organization.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing or finance-related roles with prior leadership experience required.
Essential Job Duties:
• Comprehensively developing a system of documentation and reporting to capture the P&L impact of pricing actions throughout the product life cycle.
• Evaluating historical data, cost information, and competitive pricing data to determine fair and profitable product selling prices.
• Collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to provide profit and margin analysis at SKU, client, and channel levels.
• Systematically assessing and evaluating competitor pricing across various SKUs.
• Reviewing and approving promotions and sales events, analyzing their impact on margins.
• Identifying and sharing ongoing pricing recommendations and results to Product, Finance, and Sales leadership.
• Constructing, implementing, & maintaining pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability.
• Creating and maintaining pricing policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage at least 2+ direct reports, providing oversight and guidance when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing or finance-related roles.
• Knowledge of established accounting, purchasing, and manufacturing practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, MS Access, and PowerPoint for data manipulation.
Position Benefits, Location, Pay, & Schedule:
• Office located in Boise, ID
• Onsite work model- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote for ID residents ONLY.
• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm.
• Pay is $125k to $155k + 5% to 10% annual incentive bonus - depends on experience.
