Do you have 5+ years of experience managing strategic sourcing programs and initiatives at the global level? Are you ready to lead and enhance our client's global sourcing strategies?
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a local manufacturing client in their search for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their Supply Chain and Procurement team. This is a growth position and is considered hybrid and remote. As the Strategic Sourcing Manager with our client, you'll focus on quality, cost, and risk optimization while ensuring a consistent supply of key commodities for both raw materials needed for manufacturing operations and parts needed for aftermarket sales within the ATV and construction equipment.
Essential Job Duties: • Improve the supply chain performance through improved supply chain planning practices. • Develop global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and control costs. • Mitigate potential disruptions and drive sustainability initiatives. • Oversee contract management and leverage data-driven insights. • Occasional domestic and international travel to China, India, and Pakistan.
Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations management or related field • 5+ years of experience managing benefits and compensation plans and policies. • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits: • Office located in Blaine, MN. • Remote/Hybrid work model • Travel up to 25-40% • Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm • Pay starts at $130k and depends on experience. • Direct-hire opportunity!
