Properly document all phone records and conversations.
Make warm calls to collect due payments.
Identify liabilities and provide payment plans.
Ability to resolve conflicts or problems quickly.

Must possess High School Degree or GED.
Must have at least a year of related collections or construction experiences.
Strong attention to detail, accountable, and responsive.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to obtain the Minnesota Collectors License after training period.

Responsibilities of Tier 2 Help Desk Technician:
• Entitlement services: Manage changes related to physical and logical access.

• Equipment Deployment: Deploy telephone, computing, and peripherals by designing system images, testing configurations, and installing hardware/software systems based on needs.

• Demonstrated knowledge of patch management in Microsoft operating systems
• Working knowledge of backup systems
