Serve as the first point of contact from customers regarding supply inquiries.

Manage and maintain all ongoing customer orders.
Work closely with all department personnel - engineers, production, finance, buyers, etc.
Provide excellent communications with team and customers via phone, email, and in person.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE:
Must be able to work in a close collaborative environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and multitask with different ongoing projects.
2+ years of customer services, preferably in a manufacturing environment with purchasing experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office experience.
Ability to pass a drug test screening.
Must have High School Diploma, 4-years Degree preferred.

Pay: $47K - $50K annually.
Hours: Monday thru Friday, regular office hours.
