JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK:
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivables, including verification of invoices for payment, data entry of invoices, and vendor set-up and maintenance.
• Prepare weekly check issue
• Process expense reports
• Update/maintain account files
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Create and distribute reports using excel and database software

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK:
• Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable preferred.
• Experience with computer based accounting, Word processing systems, ERP and spreadsheet applications required
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or Great Plains preferred

Description:
The primary duties of the Business Development Executive is to manage client relationships including actively building the assigned sales territory while developing and maintaining a high level of brand awareness through public relations activities and client development.

Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of three to five years business to business selling experience. Highly skilled communicator, written and orally, with all levels of staff, management, candidates and clients. Effectively present to individuals and groups. Possess a high degree of self-management and multi-tasking skills. Polished professional reflecting the firm's professional environment, including a formal business dress code. Proficient in PC software packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
