Title Specialist Responsibilities:
• Provide support to lenders and customers with titling questions, documentation, and laws and regulations
• Timely and accurate processing of titles and reports
• Ensure the timely and accurate filing of title and lien cards
• Monitor and close member accounts as appropriate
• Meet individual and departmental consumer loan and title procurement goals as identified in the individual performance action plan
• Accurately applies technical job knowledge and skills to complete all work in a timely manner in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while managing varying degrees of work
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Title Specialist Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations concerning lending, financial transactions, and filing of lien instruments
• Above average communication skills, both oral and written
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent PC and data entry skills

Benefits of the Title Specialist:
• Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
• Hours: 8:15 A.M. 5:00 P.M. Monday Friday
• 3-Month Contract
