We are seeking Technical Customer Service Agents for a contract position going through May of 2019. This position will serve as the first technical point of contact for clients. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of technical support experience in a non scripted inbound call center.

Technical Customer Service Agent Duties:
• Receive, respond, and resolve inbound client contacts including non technical issues as needed
• Manage unresolved incidents utilizing appropriate resources within a deadline
• Perform and maintain at acceptable performance levels
• Document and communicate to appropriate resource any recurring or critical client issue
• Write, edit, and proof project documentation

Technical Customer Service Agent Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates Degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years of technical support experience in a non-scripted inbound call center
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Worked in a mid to large sized call center (10+ agents)

Technical Customer Support Details:
• Contract through May 2019
• $19.00 per hour
• Full time hours Monday through Friday
