Do you possess at least a year of LAN/WAN experience and is looking to grow with a great organization? Seeking now for 1st Shift Service Desk Technician in the Southwest Twin Cities suburbs. Must possess strong communication and customer support skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide IT support to vendor technicians.
Maintain positive working relationship between internal department and project management teams.
Troubleshoot and issue resolutions.
Utilize internal systems and tools to communicate status of project activities.
Collect required project data and information - document data and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with service ticketing systems and LAN/WAN environments.
Experience involving low voltage services - equipment installation and high voltage electrical services.
Some College or Technical School preferred.
Must pass background screening.

HOURS AND BENEFITS:
Monday thru Friday, 7: 00 A.M. To 3: 30 P.M.
Pay $15 to $17 hourly DOE.
This is a contract to hire opportunity for the right fit.
