Join a dedicated HR team and help support staff recruitment and employee onboarding with a Large Health Care Organization in Minneapolis. THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract opportunity. Ideal candidates will have an upbeat positive attitude, dedicated customer service skills, and be familiar with HR concepts related to recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and more!

Job Details:
• 6 Month Contract Role: July December
• Fulltime, Monday thru Friday, 8 A.M. 4: 30 P.M.
• Located in St. Paul, MN
• Pay $17+ Dependent on experience

Job Duties:
• Manage the day-to-day requirements of Recruiter s open requisitions to fill open positions with top talent
• Utilize a range of recruiting tools to ensure the hiring of top talent; serve as a primary source to ensure candidates meet requirements
• Ensure all employment forms are completed accurately, and entered in a timely fashion
• Ensure outstanding customer service, by responding to all inquiries from hiring managers, HR, and Recruiter colleagues. Escalate issues as necessary to Recruiter
• Coordinate phone and in-person interview with recruiters and hiring managers
• Send confirmation letters and instructions to new hires
• Conduct reference checks on candidates; process new employee paperwork
• Coordinate with candidates on the processing of background checks
• Provide basic administrative support, assist applicants with questions, and answer the support phone line
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in Human Resources preferred
• 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting is required, HR experience is preferred.
• Prior Healthcare related experience is highly preferred
• Candidate needs to have a positive attitude and a passion for helping and meeting needs of others.
• Needs to have strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills
• Needs to have strong Microsoft Office and keyboard skills
• Must be able to handle a large workload, multi-task, and navigate multiple systems and monitors simultaneously
