We currently have Entry-Level Financial Planner positions available at 4 locations in the Twin Cities: Roseville, Golden Valley, Blaine, and Burnsville. These are commissioned based positions, with unlimited earning potential.

Job Duties of Personal Financial Advisor s Include:
• Managing and growing your own independent business.
• Selling a full range of financial products including annuities, life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance, mutual funds, and investment options.
• Serve as continued guidance for clients, and advocate for them as needed.
• Prepare financial plans, illustrations, trading securities, monitoring various trackers, preparing reports and inputting data.
• Create financial and investment models and projections and prepare the necessary documents to support the analysis.
• Work with team members to create timely and compliant deliverables.
• Research and execute managed account strategy and complete trades accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is processed successfully.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
• A strong networking community and an excellent relationship building skills.
• An entrepreneurial and sales orientated mindset.
• A background or genuine interest in finance, investments, or insurance.
• Must be willing to obtain Life Insurance Licensing, and Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses within 2-3 months of hire.
• Advanced proficiency and knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel. Experience with financial planning and investment software programs desired.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills- in person, phone, writing, email.
• Ability to maintain the highest ethical, confidential and professional standards at all times.
• Proven experience with managing, prioritizing, and organizing multiple projects at one time.
• Ability to understand product solution strategies for the team to address client needs as it relates to cash flow, money distribution and investment allocations.
