THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a short term contract located in New Brighton, MN. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years prior experience in benefits management, accounting, and/or payroll. Apply now!

Benefits of the Payroll and Benefits Administrator:
• 2-3 Month Contract Starting ASAP
• 8 A.M. 5 P.M. Monday Friday with flexibility
• Mounds View, MN
• Pay $20+ per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Payroll and Benefits Administrator:
• Provide key year-end support to a Benefits Administration team including support for W2 s, tax filings, payroll reconciliations, retirement planning, support of audits and reconciliations for ESOP and 401K s.
• Work within payroll software to support audits and W2 creation for a large staff 10, 000+ employee s
• Run reports, enter data, and analyze reports pertaining to benefits and payroll and health and wellness coverage
• Serve as a team collaborator and support other miscellaneousness projects as needed.

Requirements of the Payroll and Benefits Administrator:
• 3-5 years of payroll, accounting, and benefits experience is required
• Must have some prior accounting or data analytic s experience
• Must have prior experience with a payroll software system
• Must be a team player and have strong customer service skills
