Looking for a great part-time contract role to fill your summer? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Contract Receptionist for a 2-4 week opportunity to help provide coverage to an HR team from 11 A.M. -1 P.M. Monday thru Friday. Additional coverage may be needed to cover staff absences, and vacation time.
Ideal candidates will be customer service orientated, have strong phone skills, and have prior front desk/reception experience.

Contract Receptionist Benefits:
• Pay $14-$15 per hr
• Monday thru Friday; 11 A.M. 1 P.M. With Additional support hours as necessary
• Located in Chanhassen, MN

Contract Receptionist Job Duties:
• Professionally administers incoming calls and routes/redirects accordingly
• Greets guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Handles proper sign-in/security badge procedures
• Updates Welcome Board, processes meter mail postage, and handles UPS, FedEx and other deliveries
• Works with employment candidates to administer testing and collect pre-employment forms
• Provides other support which includes making copies, replenishing the HR Information Center, posting information, monitoring conference rooms and kitchen for supplies, and placing orders for supplies
• Main back-up for full-time receptionist when out of the office, which requires the ability to work up to 40 hours a week on occasion
• Shows initiative and flexibility in performing job duties and makes suggestions for quality improvements
• All other duties that may apply

Contract Receptionist Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business curriculum a plus.
• Previous administrative/receptionist experience in a corporate environment required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Experience with Easy Lobby Sign-In/Win-Pak Badging system a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization skills and customer service attitude.
• Must be extremely dependable, reliable, and flexible.
• Ability to work full days and full weeks occasionally to cover full-time receptionist s vacations, appointments, sick days, etc.
