Office Administrator Benefits:
• Pay $15.00-18.00 per hour
• Location: Saint Paul Public Transit Accessible

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Welcome guests by greeting them and answering phones
• Arrange meetings, issue parking cards, and maintain office supplies
• Organize office events
• Provide support to shipping and receiving by examining contents, as well as making sure purchase orders and invoices are correct
• Provide support of filing, and data entry
• Assist purchasing with daily activities by providing timely completion of order entry and placement

Office Administrator Requirements:
• High School degree with post-secondary education in office administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience as an executive administrative assistant
• Demonstrated advance MS Office skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
• Demonstrated strong communications (oral and written, including writing presentations and preparing Board books and shareholder communications)
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Self-driven and willing to voice technical opinions and influence change
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
