Be a key player in the electronics manufacturing industry as an Inside Sales Representative with a microelectronics company in Burnsville, MN. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service, warm sales, and product quoting for all current and past prototype and production based customers. Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years of sales support experience within an electronics manufacturing company handling customer service, sales, quoting, and pricing responsibilities.

Job Benefits:
• Located in Burnsville, MN
• Pay is $18 per hr-$20 per hr annually
• Temp to Hire, 1st shift

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customers to provide them with quotes on repeat or new prototype or production orders
• Initiate phone calls to guarantee customer satisfaction and to inquire about new and additional business needs for existing customers
• Organize, schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to showcase the Company s capabilities which may include providing in-house tours, providing lunch and learn opportunities, and travel to customer sites
• Ensure company brochures and other marketing materials are available for trade shows
• Organize and prepare annual customer surveys and tally results for review and follow-up
• Answer customer inquiries, assist walk-in customers, and maintain good relationships with customers

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, College degree in Marketing, Business Administration is preferred
• 3+ years in customer service, sales, quoting/pricing experience required within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Must possess strong marketing, sales, and customer service/relationship skills
• Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
• Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
