Seeking call center help desk support individuals for an educational company in Northwest Minneapolis, MN. Serve as a key resolution specialist to support Tier 1 and customer support calls relating to software and products. Ideal candidates will have 1 or more years of technical help desk support experience in an unscripted call center environment with a mid to large-sized corporation.

• Monday thru Friday: Hours
• Located in Northwest Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities of a Help Desk Technical Specialist:
• Receive, respond and resolve inbound calls from clients on company products, including technical and non-technical issues
• Managed unresolved technical issues using appropriate resources in a timely manner
• Perform to required call metrics relating to client hold times, call lengths, call volumes, call quality, and overall customer satisfaction
• Must be able to achieve required certifications while in the position relating to training and staff development
• Coordinate internal resources as necessary to ensure effective resolution to client needs
• Document and communicate recurring or critical calls from clients
• Write, edit and proof project documentation, email and knowledge articles
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements of a Help Desk Technical Specialist:
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; Associates or Technical Certificate is preferred
• 1-3 years of technical support in an unscripted contact center
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong problem resolution and de-escalation skills
• Must be able to succeed and a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Needs to have strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Needs to be intermediately proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
